With this 3D digital scanning technology, we can visit your location to efficiently scan existing conveyor equipment and surrounding area to generate a 3D point cloud file. Equipment dimensions can be directly imported into our 3D CAD software. Scanned information will allow us to efficiently produce drawings to redesign and supply new conveyor equipment that is compatible with your overall conveyor profile and surrounding environment.

3D digital scanning for conveyor transfers

3D digital scanning can be used to identify problem areas and create drawings for redesigning and manufacturing new transfer system equipment. Scanned information can also be used with our DEM (Discrete Element Method) software capabilities to further evaluate your existing conveyor transfer design.
